Last weekend I was on Kundalini Yoga and Dance Rebirthing Retreat. One of the deepest dives into releasing and healing trauma I’ve ever had, on a cellular level, it felt like…

It’s scary when things go dark. After just one too many blows the soul is exhausted and just says no. (imploding)

It’s also hard to “go there” and “do the work”

And if I’d known exactly what the weekend entailed (I’m reminded by the frustrated ramblings in my journal) I would not have gone.

However on the Saturday night, through rhythm and dance and rising rising rising Kundalini I had this moment as the music took over my soul or rather, my soul took over the music 🎶 (exploding) “This is who you are!”

It’s been a bumpy week which I’ve floated, gently centered, through.

What a relief to see her again.
To start to be her again.
